Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

The SDK

The obscrd SDK is licensed under the MIT License. Use it however you want — personal projects, commercial products, whatever. The MIT license gives you full freedom.

The website

This website is provided as-is. Use it for its intended purpose — learning about obscrd, joining the waitlist, reading docs. Don't abuse it, don't try to break it, and don't use it for anything illegal. Pretty standard stuff.

Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive product update emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. No hard feelings.

Intellectual property

The obscrd name, logo, and brand are trademarks of Mosr LLC. The SDK source code is MIT licensed — the brand is not. Please don't use our name or logo in a way that implies we endorse your product without asking first.

Limitation of liability

The obscrd SDK and this website are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to make everything work well, but we can't guarantee perfection. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of obscrd.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of obscrd after changes means you accept the new terms.
